SHIPPING

Shipping is typically by Priority Mail and is $5.95 per order (not item). So you save money! Some orders will ship UPS (same cost to you).

International Shipping

International shipping will be more and is available by Airmail. Our computer trys to calculate a fare price for Airmail to your country. Many times packages are upgraded to International Priority Mail at no additional cost to you! Some countries do not offer this service.

If you need VERY fast service we can try and help with either EMS (Express Mail) or DHL, if available. Let us know as soon as possible that you need these special services so we can quote the additional cost and get it shipped.


Customs: We can't take responsibility for whether any particular supplement will be allowed, by your government, into your country. This does not happen often but some products such as DHEA are returned to us on occasion.
THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR THE MAJORITY OF SHIPMENTS.

Also your country may charge you a tax, duty, GST or tariff. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES YOUR COUNTRY MAY WANT TO CHARGE YOU. You will have to pay it or they will not allow you to receive the shipment, sorry.

Disputes: If after you have been shipped your order, we receive a dispute of the charge from any bank, we may enforce the following policies. Any fees we are charged by any bank resulting from a dispute of your charge may, at our discretion, be charged by us to you.

PRIVACY

Our privacy policy is simple. We don't sell your information. Also we don't give your information to anyone who does not need it to fulfill your transaction. Let me explain.

Yahoo Store is the company we contract with to provide the software and servers this site is running on right now. They have access to your data. If you place an order there is more data such as your name, than if you had just surfed by. If you place an order the Yahoo Store software collects the information and makes it available to us so that we can process your order. Yahoo Store is a subsidiary of the famous Yahoo! They have a privacy policy of how they protect your information and we've never had anyone complain or know of any customer of ours ever having even the least problem with them. They have a reputation to keep up.

Also we have to ship your parcel. This is almost always the post office. They know that something was mailed from us to you but seem to keep no records of this except for insurance or Express Mail, etc.

Also most likely you will pay by credit card. Your credit card company will find out that you purchased something from use since it will show up on your bill. Our bank and the companies they contract with use part of your data to process your credit card payment. They don't get everything just your credit card data, the amount and your address (for credit card security purposes). They don't even request your name from us.

Also we don't solicit information from minors. Really we sell health food to adults!

Your information such as name, address, phone number, email address are available to us should we want to contact you about your current, past orders or hopefully future orders.

The Yahoo software sends you an email as soon as your order is entered into the computer. This helps confirm what you've ordered and where you want it shipped etc.

Also the software sends you an email confirming the shipment of your order, usually with a tracking number from the US Postal Office.

We have an excellent record of not bothering customers. We will email or call if we have a problem with an order that we need your help with. Also we have been planning for literally years to contact our customer base more often. This means that you could get advertisements from us. We have been very CONSERVATIVE about doing this. If you don't want us to contact you, you can always put in a fake address (this will prevent you from getting any information about your order without calling us) or just send us an email stating you do not want to know about any sales, coupons or such. We respect that.

Should you ever email us please ask for a reply back. Heaven forbid you should get stuck in one of our spam filters which will cause us to never get your email. (This never happens when you place an order, only when you send us a personal email) Please call if you don't hear from us within a reasonable amount of time on ANY subject. Thanks
